Great value compared to other properties, and spotless. We liked this place, everything was nice. Pool was excellent and beds were good. The swim-up bar was nice.
-
Quick check-in, nicely furnished rooms, adequate breakfast. There were climate control, free wireless internet and 2 televisions in the room, appreciated that. This was a truly memorable stay, we would stay here again.
-
Had non-smoking room with 2 queen beds as well as bathrooms for a nice stay. The staff were very helpful and funny hole time of my stay. The garden restaurant was nice, they served lovely food. The pool area was great and the location was beautiful.
-
The hotel itself was neat and absolutely gorgeous.
-
Quite basic hotel with super great location and cozy rooms. Our room had a spacious bed and an incredibly beautiful view. Bkfast stuff was well selected and amazingly nice. Breakfast was enjoyable, lots of very good food.
-
Everything was cool! Efficient staff, our room was big size and reasonably large. The location was ideal, just off the elevators and the shopping center and the mall too. And it also had stunningly beautiful view. Fast check in and in general friendly service.

I loved the particularly good position of the hotel, the staff were fantastically helpful. Room was incredibly comfortable, it had luxury bathroom. Food was fresh, I would return. I found lemon water in the lobby.
Facilities were decent, though wi-fi was terrible.
-
Impeccable service, the breakfast is fine! Well kept and nice sized room with really comfortable beds. Central location, at a medium distance from san diego hospice. The pool is lovely. Our stay in this perfectly fine hotel was pleasant, we would stay here again.

I had great great time here.
The hotel of choice in San Diego. The beds were perfectly comfortable, room was more than clean and staff were loyal. I loved the view from the room.

We would absolutely stay here again when visiting San Diego. Staff and people could not have been more nice. Our king room accommodated us perfectly. Liked customer service too.
-
We appreciated this facility and would like to stay there on the next trip. The hotel is in a good location and very clean. We spent our evenings in nearby Polanco Kitchen & Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

They started making weird charges to my card, they even charged me up to $1,000 for no reason
I didn't really like it because they started charging my card for no reason
-
I ARRIVED 3 HOURS EARLIER AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME VERY WELL, THEY EXPLAINED TO ME CERTAIN SUBJECTS OF USE OF THE FACILITIES, THE RESTAURANT THAT HAS THE HOTEL VERY PLEASANT, THEY WERE FAST AND THEY UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION, I FEEL THAT THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS HANDLES WELL THEIR PERSONAL LOCATION AND THEIR LODGING, I HAD LEFT MY PASSPORTS AND THEY KEPT THEM UNTIL I RETURNED, THEY OFFERED ME THE SERVICE OF SENDING MY DOCUMENTS BUT I PREFERRED TO RETURN FROM ANOTHER CITY TO PICK THEM UP MYSELF
AS I LEFT MY PASSPORTS IN THE SAFE, I CALLED THE NUMBER THEY OFFER AND UNFORTUNATELY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO TALK TO SOMEONE TO RESOLVE AND VERIFY THAT THESE DOCUMENTS ARE IN GOOD HANDS, AS THEY ALWAYS ARE IN THESE HOTEL CHAINS BUT THE NERVOUSNESS OF THE GUEST WILL NOT BE RELAXING TO VERIFY THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER
-
The rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent location
There are only 3 elevators and only 2 were working, so it took a long time to get there and lobby was lined up to go up
-
The location and proximity to everything.
